As part of the overall conversion of the Rummelsberg crypt into a day chapel, the Nuremberg artist Meide Büdel redesigned the windows and doors with mouth-blown glass.

The blue, partially etched flashed glass creates a contemplative atmosphere in the completely redesigned prayer room. They are part of the overall artistic concept that has transformed the formerly dark room into a bright place that invites you to linger.

Meide Büdel designed subtle blue light incidences for the new day chapel of the Rummelsberg deaconry.
