The Gustav van Treeck studios in Munich stand for tradition and innovation: In cooperation with internationally renowned artists we create masterpieces of modern stained glass art, glass painting, glass sculptures, exclusive mosaics, works in float glass painting or fusing techniques.
Our studios are further involved in the conservation, restoration and reconstruction of applied stained glass and mosaic art. Design objects and large-format architectural glass, developed in collaboration with selected designers, complete our range.
The van Treeck workshops (Bayerische Hofglasmalerei) collaborate with artists, architects, interior designers, building authorities, art departments, private and public clients and, in the field of restoration, with heritage organisations, museums, churches and collectors. In this collaboration we see ourselves as an executing institution.
Within countless projects worldwide we realized the new choir windows for German Abbey Tholey by Gerhard Richter. We are here to help you create and preserve art in architecture.

The Collection
The Collection of van Treeck is represented by ten designers with their own personal language and passion for an art that needs to be preserved and strengthened for the future. The exhilarating designs by Christian Haas, david/nicolas, Elisa Strozyk, Garth Roberts, Gesa Hansen, Milena Kling, Office Heinzelmann Ayadi and Viktor Udzenija take history and transport it with ease into contemporary architecture.
